Glutathione & NAD+ Therapy

Cellular Support for Energy, Recovery & Detox

Stress, poor sleep, and everyday toxin exposure wear down your body at the cellular level.

Glutathione and NAD+ therapy are available at The Edge to help support your body's natural detox pathways, restore cellular energy production, and defend against oxidative stress. We serve patients from all over Northwest Arkansas, including Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, and beyond.

Most men don’t think about their cells until they notice they’re running on empty.

Glutathione and NAD+ are two of the most important compounds your body relies on every day, and both decline with age, stress, and poor lifestyle habits. A simple injection administered in-office can help replenish what your body is no longer producing at optimal levels.

Glutathione and NAD+ can be offered individually or combined based on your goals. Each targets a different piece of how your body performs and recovers.

These injections, paired with good sleep and recovery habits, can give you an extra edge in how you feel day to day.

About Glutathione & NAD+

What Is Glutathione & NAD+?

Glutathione is the body’s master antioxidant, a naturally occurring compound made of three amino acids (glutamine, cysteine, and glycine) that protects your cells from oxidative damage. It plays a central role in detoxification, helping your liver process and clear out toxins, and supports overall immune function.

Potential benefits of Glutathione injections may include:

  • Enhanced antioxidant defense against everyday oxidative stress
  • Support for the liver’s natural detoxification processes
  • A boost to immune system function
  • Brighter, clearer-looking skin over time

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of your body, and it’s essential to nearly every major cellular process, from energy production to DNA repair. NAD+ levels naturally decline as you age, which is part of why energy, recovery, and mental sharpness can start to slip over time.

Potential benefits of NAD+ injections may include:

  • Increased cellular energy production
  • Sharper focus, memory, and mental clarity
  • Reduced fatigue and improved stamina
  • Support for healthy aging and cellular repair
  • Faster recovery after physical exertion

Preparation

Our trained injector will verify that you're not allergic to any of the components before the injection and have you sign a consent for treatment. Once you have an order from Dr. Haney, you can schedule a quick in-office visit for your Glutathione or NAD+ injection.

Administering the Injection

First, we will draw the prescribed dosage into a small syringe. The injection site will then be cleansed and prepared before administering the medication subcutaneously (just beneath the skin), typically in the abdominal area where there is a small amount of fatty tissue. Because NAD+ and Glutathione are delivered subcutaneously, they use a much smaller needle than intramuscular injections. Most patients tolerate these injections very well, with benefits often building over a series of treatments rather than from a single dose. We'll work with you to determine the ideal treatment frequency based on your individual wellness goals.
