P-Shot in Rogers, AR

Say Goodbye to ED With the P-Shot

Feel Renewed Confidence in the Bedroom

The P-Shot is a treatment for erectile dysfunction that uses top-of-the-line aesthetic technology to help you achieve harder, longer-lasting erections.

How the P-Shot Works

Men all over the world struggle with erectile dysfunction. It’s a condition that can affect men physically and mentally.

When a man struggles to perform in bed, he may face a serious blow to his confidence and his self-esteem. At The Edge, we want to give men their self-confidence back. Come into our clinic and schedule a consultation for a treatment with the P-Shot in Rogers, AR. Read below to see for yourself how it can transform your intimate life for the better. The P-Shot is a simple treatment for the patient, but the technology behind the procedure is actually quite complex.

The P-Shot works by utilizing the patient’s own biological materials. One of the most important aspects of the P-Shot is something called PRP, or platelet-rich plasma. Platelet-rich plasma is found naturally in the body. During the P-Shot treatment, our providers extract the PRP, isolate it, and reinsert it back into the patient. PRP has a number of valuable properties that make it excellent for fostering tissue growth. When we insert PRP into the penis of a patient suffering from ED, they can begin seeing positive results.

The Edge for P-Shot in Rogers, AR

At The Edge, we love the P-Shot because we know it can provide real results for patients who are struggling with ED. But the procedure isn’t right for everyone. The P-Shot is not a walk-in procedure, so if you’re interested in receiving this treatment at The Edge, you’ll first need to complete an in-person consultation. So, on the day of your consultation, we’ll have you partake in a brief exam so our providers can take a closer look at your condition. We’ll also ask you a number of questions about your medical history and your reasons for coming to our clinic. With all the information gathered, our providers can formulate your treatment plan.

Building a Treatment

The consultation is a very important part of the process at our clinic, because it gives us the necessary information to build your custom treatment plan. We believe in personalized treatment, building each plan with the unique patient in mind.

If we decide that the P-Shot in Rogers, AR, is the right choice for your erectile dysfunction treatment, then we will give you some pre-treatment instructions to prepare for your procedure. You may not be required to make any preparations before your treatment—it varies from patient to patient. For instance, we may recommend that you forgo some specific medications in the days leading up to your procedure. We want to make sure that the treatment goes as smoothly as possible.

The Treatment Part 1

On the day of your treatment, we recommend arriving a few minutes early so you have the time to get checked in and ask any remaining questions you may have about the P-Shot procedure. If you don’t have any questions, then we can bring you back into the treatment area and get started. We value your time at The Edge, and we want the treatment process to be convenient and comfortable. At this point, we begin the blood draw. The blood draw is just like a routine blood draw. We will take the sample and spin it in a centrifuge, extracting the PRP from your blood.

The Treatment Part 2

After the PRP has been separated from your blood, we extract it with a syringe. Next, we will inject it directly into the penis. Some of our patients feel a little apprehensive about receiving an injection in the penis, but not to worry. Our providers apply a numbing ointment to the treatment area, so the entire process should be painless and irritation-free. After we perform the injection, the PRP will get to work repairing any damaged blood vessels in the penis. Since erections are caused by increased blood flow to the penis, enhanced blood flow will result in erections that are harder and last longer.

As with all our treatments and procedures, we provide you with recovery recommendations. Fortunately, the P-Shot does not necessitate any lengthy recovery periods. Following the completion of your P-Shot procedure, you should be able to go about your day as normal. If you’d like to go back to work after your procedure, that’s quite all right! We don’t believe people should need to make sacrifices in order to receive the aesthetic care that they deserve. You should, however, hold off on having sex for a few days to ensure that the healing process is uninterrupted. You can expect to see results soon!
